What are some problems you experience as a game dev? Thread

I was wondering if there was anything challenging you as a game developer to create your games. Like is there anything difficult about the process of creating a game to getting its name out there?

I have problems getting homogenous assets even from free assets to create good look and to fit my game design.

I also have problems marketing my games. With so many games out there it's hard to get people to play my games.
