In the annals of Allied intelligence, there exists a dark and foreboding chapter, one that speaks of a technological marvel so profound and mysterious that it defies reasonnable comprehension. This incomprehensible invention, known as the Iron Curtain, was born in the shadowy laboratories of Stalin's Soviet Union, its very existence shrouded in secrecy and occult lore.
For years, the Allied powers struggled to unlock the secrets of this fearsome technology, pouring countless hours and resources into deciphering the arcane formulas that underpinned its workings. But all to no avail. For the Iron Curtain remained an enigma whose pieces lay scattered in the shadowy realm of esoteric theory and shadowy cults.
Rumor says that the research team responsible for the Iron Curtain's creation were themselves fixated on the darkest of doctrines, poring over forbidden tomes and ancient grimoires in their quest for knowledge. They were rumored to have made pacts with unspeakable entities, trading their very souls for the secrets of this unholy invention.

The Iron Vortex is the newest replacement for the Iron Sky, available from the Doomsday Device. It will spawn a vortex, controllable by the player, which slows down every vehicles and damage anything in its path. Once the vortex has consumed all of its energy, it will release a powerful blast. Such powerful weapon can cause massive destruction, but requires an increadible amount of power. Once activated, all of the caster's power production will be brought down to zero, for two whole minutes.

It's marked as "Allied intel" and "rumors", it's not meant to be "factually true" per lore.
