The July 2023 Update file - GFM mod for Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness

This update is slightly less extensive, but that's because it hasn't been half a year since the last update unlike the last three. The new content includes but is not limited to: 100+ terrain pictures, Silver rushes, starting Dutch industry, reworking Lebanese pops, many earthquakes and several other natural disasters, a ton of miscellaneous flavor, an extensive Montenegro rework, more renaming, a submod that relegates fluff decisions from the main mod for optimization, a submod that relegates terrain pictures from the main mod for optimization, Peruvian claims on Ecuador proper, intervention event chains against Austria if it wins the Brother's War, more accurate pops in Russia including MC cultures in Siberia and more serfs, navigable Finnish lakes, new provinces, reworked sulfur locations and spawns, a large Czechoslovak rework, postal romanization for all of China, the Altay Arbitration, optimization and an increase in AI shipbuilding competence.
