About 15 years ago I started a UT3 mod called "Devil Behind the Canvas".
Due to some "real life" crap it never happened.

So I moved on with my life, and started working as a concept artist in the mobile game industry. After all these years and the mobile market didn't get any better, especially the Asian market - it sucks balls. As a creative person, I feel that I can't associate myself anymore with the effortless and creatively dry market full of digital scams and horrible microtransaction practices - it felts like such a waste of life.
When our mobile game studio finally starting tp develope even more lame titles and start using gambling and soft porn tactics, I couldn't stand it anymore - I said to them goodbye, and they can go f-ing themselves.

I can't say nowadays the gaming market is getting better as a whole - actually it feels quite the opposite - AAA studios start doing microtransactions on massive scale, and those multiplayer focused game just never turned me on.I alwasy had a feeling that the late 90s and early 2000 was the true golden age of gaming - no big data and most projects used to be creative based, and we get a full product from day one we purchased them.So why not making a game based on the ideas of that golden age, and make something I can enjoy myself, as well as for the similar-minded players. The game is combination of my understanding of art, level design, and first person shooters all in one - I've been player shooters for over 30 years. And I think now it's my turn to contribute something to the genre.

I don't have a long term plan with my life. I had a vision and I really wanted to make it happen. Guess I'm just a guy that doesn't give up easily - after all these years.
