A terrible mod that makes no sense as to how it got such a high score.
The premise sounds nice, you're a "Cleaner" who is forced to survive, but...
You must be very stupid because you're incapable of using any type of armour, not even Security Guard Vest, given the circumstances it would make sense to see non-security also use it, wouldn't it? But no, the game is made to be played without an armour, which is a big mistake because...
The gameplay balance is bad. You will not find ammo often, that is fine, it makes you use the Crowbar more often than spread out ammunition, but it doesn't add up on the fact that there are very little medkits lying around.
You will face, guess who? Headcrabs, that's right. Any room you get into, expect more than 3 headcrabs ready to jump at you. It just gets so boring fast.
There is a little bit of exploration, but...If you do that, you'll waste your time, there are no gains/rewards for anything, healing, item, ammo, NOTHING. The best you will get is a Vortigaunt teleporting behind you.
Oh and let us get to the best; THE VENTS.
This mod LOVES vents. I want to emphasize how much the mod L O V E S vents; just imagine that every level there is more than 3 vent "puzzles" about. That is how it is.
Literally you spend more time going through vents, killing boring annoying headcrabs, than actually playing any of the maps in this game.
In regards to maps, Old Mesa had a great premise, it's an abandoned sector of Black Mesa, specifically a warehouse of sorts, but...Yes, you go through vents more than the map. The map itself is bad, it's just linear, empty spaces.
The new models? Horrid, especially the SPAS. The SPAS is more like ShitPAS because it literally looks like it was used in a clogged toilet.
I could not finish this mod, I reached to the Military Grunts, I had no patience at all to continue and I have no doubt the latter will be mad.
Terrible mod, avoid it at all costs or play it very last if you're into "mod played collections" or something.

Couldn't figure out how to get past the second chapter.
I absolutely abhor mods that aren't even tested for playability.
Especially since this mod is about AI improvement. Which is actually an improvement. So much that you can't even play it, you have about 60 seconds before AI comes to you in full BS mode in campaign, and if you manage to stabilize, prepare for unending slog fest.
So you are down to two tactics. Both includes cheese.
One is just going fact tanks to hold the line, while arty is smashing from the backline, other is airports. LOTS of them.
Rubbish mod, adds nothing interesting for the singleplayer experience. It's mostly for multiplayers. Every nation feels samey.
this mod looked ok but it became a huge waste of time i know you changed voice lines and model you changed 1 model and voice lines are unfunny "ha ha the funny old game guy said **** haha ha"
i mean come on this is the type of stuff 14 year olds find funny this could have simply been a addon and i know your not good at taking
criticsm but you yelling at users in the commets looks really bad and is not helping your mod in any way
Has potential. Good graphics, however the stability issues prevent full play through and alot of features not available. Seems rushed to get it out before its ready, and start on other projects. Will wait and see.

Автор как будто бы даже не играл в свой мод, просто я тогда не могу объяснить зачем он понаставил дверей из-за которых вылетает игра. И почему он поставил огромное окно в проём, где должно быть маленькое окошко? Это наварное останется секретом. Мод ужасен, кроме главного меню, чувство что сам мод делал один человек, а меню другой.
Okay, this is the first mod... No, it's still weak. Very low difficulty, few enemies, too many first aid kits and ammo. Boring symmetrical levels.

Mod needs a bit of refinement to it. As of now, it's a mixed bag of art canvas textures and absent shaders. Very unoptimized as well with the AMD OpenGL driver issues when rendering so many extra self-shadows along with other possible factors unrelated to the mod. If anything, it would benefit more from a source port.
Very bad. The levels are primitive. Monsters are weak. Bosses are enhanced by health, but this does not make it more interesting. Graphics in gray tones, dull. The original is brighter. Departures near the end become more frequent. In a word, an unsuccessful set of levels.

It's just not good. The barnacle puzzle is broken because of the time limit. Machine gun in moment when you need to take down the osprey has some weird trigger so you cant use it normally. And i dont know if this is me or a bug, but pipe at the end just wont open (i had to fly through it). Mapping is not bad, but not good either. Voice lines is cool.
Look at other reviews, I guess.
The level design was messy, making the skybox visible sometimes. The text to speech was purely awful and ruined the experience for the diaries. I felt there wasn't much problem-solving in this custom story, it's more of a "fetch this item and then continue on the path to fetch more items" type of story. The way the important items are cuddled together all the time is a bit strange.
Overall, the story just felt rushed and poorly written.
The only notable thing about this pack is the new weapon model and that's no compliment.
