Hello! Summer update is here!
This time you will see a display of a large set of vegetation for the Far Cry Rework video project! The project will show you what the old levels could look like in an updated form with new assets on the 2004 CE1 engine!

All vegetation is divided into categories:

  • Grass
  • Plants
  • Ferns
  • Bushes
  • Jungle Set
  • Bamboo
  • Palms
  • Trees
  • Swamp/River Set
  • Underwater World
  • Branches, Roots, Stumps

Features

  • New vegetation shader
  • Shared library of materials for each category of vegetation
  • Simulation of wind on almost every type of vegetation
  • Protection from flickering at visual effects like heat haze effects, underwater fog and fog volume, etc.
  • Mix diffuse textures on leaves so that the vegetation does not look monotonously
  • Richer underwater world
  • A matching color palette of all vegetation for a new lighting
  • All vegetation has been replaced. Original vegetation or one from other mods is no longer there in project, unlike other mods where everything is taken from FC Classic, FC2010 and TDS.
