I'm still playing it, I'm enjoying it! I wanted to provide feedback on something, I'm past the turret encounter with the broken tram car, I found a battery crate and I had to shoot it open, which to me feels a little bit off, maybe it's the Half-life instinct in my head speaking, but I think it would be handy to add a melee weapon to the game to open that crate, either that or remove that crate so that all items are out in the open (most of them already are anyway).
It's possible that there *was* a melee weapon at the beggining of the mod and I somehow missed it, in which case shame on me, but if that's what happened, then that means that the melee weapon is missable, which can be a problem.
We focus the first chapter on the availability of weapons and ammunition for the player in sufficient form. Already in the second episode it will be more difficult with this, so we will try to give the player a melee weapon, as it was in After Disaster
This is a definite improvement from Hazard Course: After Disaster. Near the end when Vortigaunts and Alien grunts were teleporting in at once, it felt a little too much to put on the player at once, but then I realized I had to run from them.. A bit too many headcrabs in these maps, tbh... But still. Way better than Hazard Course: After Disaster..
