i've got this error after i deleted d3d9.dll to permanently remove reshade. can you help me out, please?

Can you fix shaking scopes, because it is not real. In real life scope never shakes.
Would it be possible to release the destructible enviorments (in this mod) as a separate/standalone mod?
The mod is amazing... but i have a very bad problem. In the maps of bad Company 2 me and my team can't take any flag in the game while the enemy gain all the flag in the map😪💔 no matter how long i or my teammates stayed under a flag;we cant control and taked.. how can i fix that??
