if the company made a whole game instead of locking the majority of content behind paywalls and having a microtransaction market along with not launching games in a broken state of development and relying on the "the game just released, cut us a break" excuse, then maybe this company wouldn't be so hated. oh, and maybe if Bobby Kotic stopped the harassment in his offices, they wouldn't have lawsuits coming at them like Pokémon trainers.

Correct, GT Interactive originally published Doom 2, but Activision did publish Xbox 360 release of Doom and Doom 2.
Someone should change the Publisher to either id Software or Bethesda Softworks (since they own id Software now).

I hate Activision for many reasons, EA too... I hate Activision for rushing Vampire - The Masquarade: Bloodlines, they released day Half Life 2 was released. If VTMB had a AAA bugdet and longer development cycle Troika Games would probavly be alive and VTMB would be instantly a classic. Sadly VTMB was underapreciated while it was fairly rated mostly above 80% I think. So Activision and EA also are just too greedy they will sooner or later go falling down with a large bang like Hasbro Games and Infrogrames... See you in hell.
